UI/UX Designer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, maintaining brand standards and design guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
