Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and handling administrative tasks related to the company’s day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
- Process invoices, payments, and employee expense reports.
- Oversee budget and expenditure tracking.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
